This building is a true icon of the Sydney landscape. Standing tall and bold at the top of the hill at Petersham (while some people think of it as Taverners Hill) it can be seen from all over Sydney and prominently from aircraft departing and arriving at the airport. It is truly part of the fabric of Sydney.

Originally built as a brewery, the building was later converted into storage by Jim Millers of Millers Self Storage in the 1980's and now proudly owned by Kennards.

Loading areas are generous and covered with an awning. Access to upper levels is gained through a goods lift.
